Joshua Frankel is a filmmaker and author of works of animation. It is also, together with his wife Eve Biddle, creator of several public murals drawn to cities like New York and Philadelphia. In 2008 he received a commission from the presidential campaign of Barack Obama to devise a series animations and short films that received enough notoriety on the web.
Plan of the City is his latest work, mixing the live image with illustrations and photographs in an animated collage piece with the sound of a symphonic composer's New York Judd Greenstein . A journey towards the architectural space for listening and viewing, preferably on the entire screen.
